Q: What is a multi-vendor marketplace?

- It means our platform does not only involve our own products. We carry other products from other collectors and small local businesses. We are currently working on a smaller group for now, but we will eventually open our program to more in order to support more small businesses.

Q: Do you ship anywhere in Canada?

- Yes. We do ship nationwide with our partner couriers: UPS and Canada Post

Q: Do you ship to USA?

- Yes. We ship ONLY NON-PLANT PRODUCTS to USA such as pots, plant accessories, etc.

Q: What days do you ship in Canada?

- All shipments are done Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week.

Q: Do you use insulation and heat packs for colder seasons?

- Yes.

Q: Do you offer pick-ups?

- Yes. We are open for local pick-ups on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 9 AM to 1 PM provided you have a confirmed schedule with us via email or DM.

Q:. Do you offer delivery?

- We offer same day delivery to selected locations near us.

Q: Do you offer replacements and refunds in case plants arrived damaged?

- We make sure all plants leave us healthily and in very good condition suited for transport. We also take pride in how well we package our plants for shipment. We have experience in shipping into different weather conditions, as well as shipping very sensitive plants. However, plants are living things and we cannot control what will happen once they are with the couriers. That being said, we do not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchange.
