Policy
PLANT PRODUCTS
- All plant sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any plants sold.
- We take great care to pack plants securely for shipping, but once they leave our hands, we cannot control what happens during transit. Please understand that shipping live plants carries risks for both the buyer and the seller.
- If you need assistance with acclimating or recovering your plants, The Prop Studio is happy to provide guidance and support.
- Orders must be shipped, delivered, or picked up within one week of completion. Any order held longer will incur a $5 daily plant care fee.
- Orders meant for pick-up that are not collected within one month will be automatically canceled without eligibility for a refund.
NON-PLANT PRODUCTS
- This includes pots, potting media, accessories, and other non-living items.
- All sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not accepted for non-plant products.
