PLANT PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of our business and products, none of the plants sold can be refunded, exchanged, and returned.
We do our best to pack plants safely for shipment. However, plants are living things and anything that happens to it while in transit is completely out of our control. It is a risk both buyers and sellers take when shipping plants.
The Prop Studio will offer help and guidance when it comes to acclimating and recovering plants if needed.
The Prop Studio only allows a maximum of one week to hold completed orders. It needs to be shipped/delivered/picked-up as soon as possible. Any complete order that stays with us for more than one week will be charged an additional $5 per day for plant care.
NON-PLANT PRODUCTS
This applies to pots, potting media, accessories, and more.
The Prop Studio does not honor refunds, exchanges, and returns. Once a product has been ordered, it is considered sold.
Placing an order on our web shop acknowledges these terms and agreements.
